JACOB SEAY

Jacob Seay is an Associate in CATALYST’s multistate government affairs practice.

Before joining CATALYST, Jacob served as a deputy finance director for the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC). Prior to his time at the RSLC, Jacob served in multiple roles for his fraternity’s headquarters including as Director of College and University Relations. In that role, Jacob led the organization’s expansion strategy, advocating with college and university administrators for the establishment of new chapters and the re-establishment of closed or dormant chapters.

Jacob is a proud alumnus of Coastal Carolina University, where he studied political science and joined the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. During his time at Coastal, Jacob interned on multiple campaigns, including South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster’s gubernatorial campaign in 2018, in the US House of Representatives for Congressman Richard Hudson, and for a DC lobbying firm.
